**Los Angeles, CA** – In recent years, an increasing number of Southern California residents have turned to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture as natural therapies to alleviate chronic ailments, enhance physical health, and prevent diseases.
Dr. Duan Xumin, a highly experienced acupuncturist, looks forward to sharing the benefits of acupuncture and its applications in modern life during a community event. He has been invited by licensed financial planner Zhou Meiyi to participate in a series of lectures on October 10 and 11, where he will engage with the audience in a 40-minute interactive session at the end of each lecture. The topics of the talks will include:
– The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating and preventing diseases early.
– What are meridians? How can they be utilized along with acupoints to treat ailments, supported by case studies?
Dr. Duan began studying acupuncture in China at a young age under his grandfather’s tutelage. After graduating from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, he has dedicated over 20 years to practicing acupuncture full-time, specializing in internal medicine with notable success in treating conditions such as insomnia, headaches, chronic gastroenteritis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, depression, and menopausal syndromes in women. As a component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture works by stimulating acupoints to regulate qi and blood, ultimately serving to treat diseases, alleviate pain, strengthen immunity, and provide preventive care to maintain mental and physical well-being.
In addition, Zhou Meiyi will cover three main topics: 1. Proactively addressing tax challenges related to high-value assets; 2. Retirement preparation and tax planning; and 3. Achieving financial strategies through trust planning.
