Ukrainian army releases video- North Korean soldiers are receiving training with Russian military supplies

On October 18, the South Korean National Intelligence Service revealed that North Korea has decided to send approximately 12,000 troops to Russia to assist in military operations. Notably, around 1,500 special forces personnel have already arrived in Russia’s Far East region. According to a report by the Korea Herald on October 19, the Ukrainian military has released a video showing North Korean soldiers undergoing military logistics training in that area.

The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security of the Ukrainian military, known as SPRAVDI, shared a 27-second video on the social media platform X. In the footage, North Korean soldiers can be seen lined up receiving various items from Russian soldiers, with North Korean accents heard saying phrases like “Don’t fall” and “Come out.”

SPRAVDI indicated that this video was obtained less than 72 hours prior to its release, showing North Korean troops at the Sergievsky Training Center in the Primorsky Krai region of Russia, preparing for deployment to Ukraine. However, the Korea Herald noted that the authenticity of the video cannot be independently verified at this time.
